The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Marketing Executive to join a growing B2B technology marketing team.
This practical, delivery-focused position will play an important role in turning marketing strategies into effective, measurable campaigns across digital channels.
Working closely with marketing, sales and SDR colleagues, you will build and manage campaigns in Hub Spot, create landing pages and email sequences, develop marketing assets, support PPC and social media activity, and monitor campaign performance.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns in Hub Spot, including emails, landing pages, forms, lists, workflows and associated campaign assets.
- Maintain and organise the Hub Spot portal to ensure campaigns, marketing assets, data and reporting remain accurate and consistent.
- Produce campaign reports and dashboards, monitoring marketing performance against agreed KPIs and objectives.
- Create professional landing pages, email campaigns and marketing resources in line with established brand and editorial guidelines.
- Plan, create and publish engaging social media content, particularly for Linked In, while supporting paid digital and PPC campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, SDR and sales teams to understand briefs and deliver both long-term campaigns and fast-turnaround marketing projects.
- Create and adapt visual marketing assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, while supporting website content development and management.
- Support channel and co-marketing campaigns with major technology vendors and strategic partners.
Education & Skills Required
- A degree in marketing or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional marketing qualification such as CIM, would be advantageous.
- Previous marketing experience, ideally within B2B IT, technology or a channel environment such as a vendor, reseller, MSP or technology partner.
- Strong Hub Spot skills covering campaign creation, management, automation, organisation, reporting and performance measurement.
- Experience creating professional landing pages, email campaigns, digital marketing content and associated campaign assets.
- Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, combined with excellent written and spoken English and strong attention to detail.
- An organised, collaborative and dependable approach, with the ability to manage varied workloads, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with sales, SDR and marketing stakeholders.
