We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Technical Supervisor to join a busy operations team based in Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a varied role involving technical design, project planning, stock management and on-site supervision. The successful candidate will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard while supporting continuous improvement, innovation and operational performance across the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise project installation and dismantling activities, ensuring work is completed safely, professionally and within agreed timescales.
  • Monitor stock levels, oversee stock counts and support inventory accuracy and control.
  • Review and approve bespoke project designs, providing technical guidance where required.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
  • Prepare, review and maintain project documentation, technical information and preparation schedules.
  • Produce technical drawings, layouts and 3D visualisations using design software.
  • Source and procure materials, consumables and specialist items required for projects and operational activities.
  • Contribute to product development, prototype creation and the implementation of innovative operational solutions.

Education & Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a technical, supervisory, operations or project delivery environment.
  • Experience using 3D design software and interpreting technical drawings and specifications; CAD or SketchUp advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and a practical approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Experience coordinating teams, contractors or project-based activities.
  • Understanding of quality, health and safety, and inventory management processes.

Additional Information

  • Monday – Friday (37.5 hours)
  • Office and Hybrid working
  • 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
