Are you a confident, personable and customer-focused individual who enjoys variety? This Sales Consultant / Customer Service role offers an exciting opportunity to combine customer service, sales, administration and practical site support within a busy self-storage environment in Leamington Spa.

Alongside handling enquiries and supporting new bookings, you’ll manage administration, customer accounts, payments and records.

You’ll spend much of your day at the reception desk, but will also be active around the site, assisting customers and delivery drivers and helping with practical tasks when required. The role is initially offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis and would suit someone from a customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, sales or administration background.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide practical site support, including assisting delivery drivers and customers, moving items and loading trolleys, with regular walking and occasional manual handling required.
Education & Skills Required
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, reception, administration, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing environment; self-storage experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build rapport and deal professionally with customers in person and over the telephone.
- A friendly, approachable and commercially aware manner, with confidence handling sales conversations, customer objections and challenging situations.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and maintain accurate records.
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn and use CRM, database and other business systems.
- A positive, flexible and practical approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team and willingness to undertake hands-on site duties and Saturday rota working when required.
