Our client is a highly successful B2B events business, delivering corporate events and conferences across the globe. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Conference & Learning Content Manager to join their Warwickshire-based team on a full-time basis. This role would suit a proactive, confident individual with a strong understanding of learning and development, and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships. It's a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation operating in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the events team with managing high-quality live events/conferences from design through to delivery.
  • Lead content meetings and maintain regular communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Travel to events globally, working onsite pre-event, during, and post-event as required.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities and securing speakers.
  • Oversee team activity, manage deadlines, and ensure speaker recruitment targets are met.
  • Support junior team members, including resource planning and freelancer management.
  • Review and improve internal processes and deliver training where required.
  • Contribute content for social media and marketing activity.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience within Learning & Development (L&D) as a Trainer, Facilitator or Event Manager, delivering corporate events to deadlines and budgets.
  • Strong experience in managing training events or corporate B2B events.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, adaptable approach.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and calm under pressure.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally (on average once to twice per quarter).
  • Must have a UK Driving Licence.

  • £30,000 – £40,000, dependent on experience
