This is a pivotal opportunity to join a business in transition, where planning processes are still evolving and you’ll play a hands-on role in driving real change. From refining forecasting models to building scalable systems, you’ll be the go-to expert shaping the future of global inventory and supply planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement inventory planning strategies to improve accuracy and responsiveness across rapidly growing markets Overhaul and optimise the forecasting process using data, insight, and cross-functional collaboration Own and develop the end-to-end S&OP process, aligning sales, marketing, operations, and finance with clear, actionable planning cycles Introduce and embed analytical tools and forecasting models to enhance predictability and scalability Identify process gaps and inefficiencies within the current planning setup and lead improvement projects from end to end Analyse trends, historical performance, and real-time data to reduce waste, improve stock availability, and maximise service levels Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure robust supply planning and timely delivery Build and mentor a high-performing planning function, driving accountability and continuous improvement Key Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in a senior planning, forecasting, or S&OP leadership role within consumer goods, retail, or tech sectors Deep analytical skillset with proven ability to turn raw data into actionable planning insight Strong forecasting ability across multi-channel and international environments, including Amazon and retail Track record of leading through change, bringing structure and control to fast-growth operations Exceptional cross-functional communication skills and stakeholder management experience Hands-on mindset, you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves while still thinking strategically Familiarity with planning tools and systems (e.g. Anaplan, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) is highly desirable Additional Information: Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote 23 days holiday + bank holidays Pension, private medical, life assurance, and free yoga sessions Laptop and company phone provided To express interest in this promising role, kindly forward your latest CV, detailing your present or most recent remuneration package and any notice period you might have.
