Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for client enquiries, whether via phone or email.
  • Provide general admin support to multiple departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Keep clients updated on project progress with clear and timely communication.
  • Accurately book jobs into the CRM system.
  • Create, process, and manage invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with suppliers for collections, deliveries, and equipment servicing.
  • Maintain well-organised records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Support the purchasing function with tracking and processing of goods.
  • Escalate unresolved queries or issues to relevant teams when needed.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an admin support or customer service role (preferably in a technical/industrial setting).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and confident using IT systems.

Additional Information

  • Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (40 hours/week).
  • On-site working.
