Nursery Practitioner Level 2 / 3 - Temporary
Location: Romford
Salary: £13.00 to £15.00 per hour
Hours: 8.00am - 2.00pm Monday to Friday (for a period of 5 weeks)
We are seeking a temporary nursery practitioner level 2/3 for a preschool nursery located in Romford, Essex. You will play a key role in planning engaging activities, supporting development, and ensuring each child thrives in a caring childcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and evaluate rich, stimulating EYFS activities.
- Observe, assess and document children's learning and progress.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Promote children's independence, confidence and wellbeing.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and high-quality Early Years environment.
Requirements
- NCFE CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding standards.
- Prior experience as a Nursery Nurse or Early Years Practitioner.
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
