Overview
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming Montesorri Indepenent Nursery School setting in Clapham Junction. The newly refurbished nursery boasts unique state‑of‑the‑art facilities, including a sensory room and a water room for activities, enabling staff to make the most out of each day.
Responsibilities
Deliver age‑appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
Encourage children to develop their social, emotional, and intellectual skills.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families, supporting their learning and development in line with the EYFS.
Work collaboratively with staff to meet the needs of all children.
Build strong relationships with children, colleagues and families.
Qualifications
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential).
A caring, reliable and proactive approach.
A passion for early childhood education.
Good understanding of safeguarding and child development.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
