As an Electrician, you'll carry out high-quality repairs, planned works, and maintain electrical systems in Plus Dane Group properties. You'll ensure the highest standards of service, competency, and productivity, making a genuine difference to our tenants' lives.
Responsibilities
- Complete electrical repairs and maintenance as requested, adhering to industry standards and Health & Safety regulations.
- Accurately record work using PDA job tickets and time sheets, ensuring all certification is completed.
- Maintain van stock, tools, and equipment, and represent Plus Dane professionally to tenants and stakeholders.
- Respond to emergencies and participate in the callout rota as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, schedulers, and managers, and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
Qualifications
- Recognised apprenticeship at NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
- 18th Edition update.
- City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent.
- Experience in responsive maintenance and periodic inspections of domestic, commercial, and industrial installations.
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations, solving problems promptly, and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication skills, respect for diversity, and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience with domestic electrical installations.

Role Details
This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week. You will be working across various locations in Cheshire.
