Senior Social Media Executive

We’re seeking a highly ambitious, Senior Social Media Executive to spearhead end-to-end delivery - crafting content, running ads, and optimising performance - to drive real engagement and growth across our global portfolio of brands.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, from ideation and scripting to scheduling and analysis.
- Create scroll-stopping short-form videos (Reels, TikToks), design assets in Canva/Adobe Express, and edit clips in CapCut or Premiere Rush.
- Write punchy captions, craft community posts, and respond to comments and messages in the brand’s tone of voice.
- Set up, monitor, and optimise paid social ads in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager to deliver measurable ROI.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and implement A/B tests to continually sharpen campaign results.
- Spot emerging trends and platform updates, then prototype fresh content formats and tactics.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life, taking full responsibility for timelines and deliverables.
Who You Are
- 3+ years’ hands-on social media experience in an agency or in-house team, executing campaigns end-to-end.
- Expert user of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X -comfortable navigating new features on day one.
- Proven track record producing high-impact short-form video content that drives engagement.
- Skilled in Meta Business Suite, SproutSocial, Later, Hootsuite, or similar tools for scheduling, analytics, and reporting.
- Exceptional copywriting chops with a knack for storytelling in 280 characters or less.
- Highly organised, deadline-driven, and adept at juggling multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
- Bonus: experience setting up influencer collaborations and advanced paid-social certifications.
