This contract‑based, freelance opportunity lets you shape the future of cloud education while working on your own schedule.

What You’ll Do
- Develop in‑depth Google Cloud content that aligns with industry needs and best practices.
- Create engaging training materials, including video courses and hands‑on labs.
- Develop and structure course outlines, scenarios, and demo environments; produce slides to a provided set of standards and practices; narrate, record, and edit screen captures and slide‑based presentations.
- Stay ahead of Google Cloud trends through research and industry engagement.
Experience You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience as a Google Cloud practitioner in one or more of: DevOps, ML/AI, Data Engineering, or Application Development.
- Existing Google Cloud Professional certifications relevant to your specialty (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer).
- Recognition as a Google Developer Expert (GDE) in Cloud, Data, or ML (a strong plus).
- Experience as an author, content creator, instructor, and/or trainer.
- A passion for teaching and creating content: whether as an instructor, trainer, or author.
- The ability to translate complex Google Cloud concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
Requirements
- Teaching & mentoring experience – conference speaker, workshop leader, or mentor to junior engineers.
- Helpful to have a content creation background – blog posts, technical articles, documentation, or contributions to community knowledge.
Key Focus Areas
- Google Cloud DevOps Engineer – Teach best practices for CI/CD, site reliability engineering, automation, and monitoring on Google Cloud.
- Google Cloud Machine Learning – Share insights into building, training, and deploying machine learning models with Google Cloud AI/ML services such as Vertex AI, TensorFlow on GCP, and AutoML.
- Google Cloud Data Engineer – Provide expertise in designing and building scalable data pipelines, working with BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, and other GCP data tools.
- Google Cloud Developer – Guide learners on developing applications and services for Google Cloud, covering APIs, App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
