You will support Heads of Year in managing student welfare and maintaining high standards of behaviour.
You will monitor attendance, punctuality and behaviour for a cohort; develop pastoral support programmes; supervise detentions; provide restorative mediation; liaise with external agencies; participate in multidisciplinary forums.
