This creates the safe and happy environment which young people need to thrive and flourish.\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nAs a part time Behaviour Support Worker your role will be to supervise students and to uphold the school's behaviour code and framework.\\n\\nYou will:\\n\\nSupervise and monitor students across the site during lunch time, ensuring timely transition to lessons\\nUnderstand and implement the school's Behaviour Policy issuing rewards and sanctions as appropriate\\nSupport staff in implementing a restorative approach in promoting positive behaviour for learning\\nCarry out First Aid duties (training will be provided)\\nSupport student prefects and ambassadors in carrying out their rolesAbout you:\\n\\nYou should have level 2 qualifications or equivalent in English and Maths\\nYou'll need previous experience of working with children and young people\\nYou should also have a commitment to the school's Equal Opportunities Policy\\nExperience in a secondary school or youth work setting is desirableAdditional Information:\\n\\nWe are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment.\\n\\nReferences will automatically be requested for all shortlisted applicants prior to interview.
