We are seeking an Assistant Head Teacher to join our Senior Team where your role will be to lead the development and delivery of a high-quality Personal Development Curriculum, across key stages 3 to 5, which both engages young people and provides them with powerful knowledge which they can take into their future lives. The curriculum will cover PSHE, Citizenship, Sex and Relationships and Careers education.

In this role you will lead on Character Education and Ethos, Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural Education. You will also be the School's Champion for Equality and Inclusion. You will need excellent data management skills to be able to track, monitor and analyse assessment data to measure both academic and pastoral attainment. You will need excellent communication skills in order to work closely with Heads of Year and senior pastoral leaders to secure whole school tutor time programmes across all key stages, and to engage with other schools and outside agencies.
