Our recipe for success is based on high quality teaching and academic rigour, blended with the highest expectations, support and guidance. This creates the safe and happy environment which young people need to thrive and flourish.

About the Role:

Pathways is our internal provision offering support, intervention and a tailored curriculum to young people who are vulnerable and in danger of suspension or exclusion. Housed with a dedicated suite of rooms, students are offered a supportive environment where the same high standards expected in the wider school community are maintained. The role will involve promoting high expectations for both behaviour and academic achievement. You will support the delivery of a tailored curriculum which will meet the needs of vulnerable learners.
