We are seeking a highly experienced QA Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee a QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end QA activities across all projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Driving continuous improvement through metrics and data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent, high-quality performance.
- Manage team workload and distribute tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to foster team development.
- Identify risks related to quality and delivery timelines, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certification, ideally CTAL-TM, or CSTM (Certified Software Test Manager) is mandatory.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, etc.).
- Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to mobile applications and testing frameworks.
