Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare budgets, quarterly and monthly reports, and cost analyses.
- Collaborate on internal management reports for the Senior Management Team.
- Issue invoices to funders and analyse procurement activity.
- Complete various reconciliations and support audit and ISO compliance.
- Maintain and update the Charity’s finance policies and ensure accurate Gift Aid claims.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Proficiency in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in producing monthly management accounts with clear narratives.
- Working knowledge of VAT and excellent IT proficiency, including Microsoft Suite and Outlook.
- Experience with Xero and the Charity sector.
- Knowledge of payroll processes.
