Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Corporate Development and Partnerships to increase income from new business areas.
  • Develop proposals and pitches to secure strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and develop innovative projects to drive income.
  • Manage and grow existing and new partner relationships.
  • Support the Corporate Development & Partnerships Officer in achieving growth targets.
  • Build a new business pipeline by securing new corporate partners.
  • Lead on pitching, negotiating, and securing high-value partnerships.
  • Network and represent the charity in business communities.
  • Secure ‘in kind’ partnerships as needed.
  • Plan and deliver fundraising events to boost income and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and report on performance to senior management.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent education.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in building strong corporate partnerships.
  • Track record of securing significant sums and delivering income targets.
  • Strong research, networking, and pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, comfortable with ambitious targets.
