- Work with the Head of Corporate Development and Partnerships to increase income from new business areas.
- Identify and develop innovative projects to drive income.
- Manage and grow existing and new partner relationships.
- Support the Corporate Development & Partnerships Officer in achieving growth targets.
- Build a new business pipeline by securing new corporate partners.
- Lead on pitching, negotiating, and securing high-value partnerships.
- Network and represent the charity in business communities.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and report on performance to senior management.
Proven experience in building strong corporate partnerships.
Strong research, networking, and pipeline management skills.
Creative, solutions-focused, and collaborative.
Flexible, willing to attend UK-wide events and meetings.
Proficient IT skills, preferably with CRM (Salesforce) experience.
Previous line management experience.
