About the Role
As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the CEO’s time, priorities, and presence are optimally managed. You will need to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, and no two days are the same - bringing agility, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to tackle evolving challenges and opportunities.
Executive Partnership
- Work closely with the CEO in meetings, calls, and daily operations; act as a proxy when needed.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and priorities, often before they are articulated.
- Serve as the CEO’s “eyes and ears” across the business, gathering insights and connecting dots.
Business Insight & Communication
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, its services, people, and clients.
- Translate direction into actionable steps across teams and functions.
- Prepare briefing documents and support strategic decision-making with clear inputs.
Communication Management
- Accompany the CEO to key meetings, capturing action items and managing follow-ups.
- Prepare for meetings with relevant context and briefings.

Operations & Special Projects

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or executive leadership support, in a fast-growing organisation.
