Our client is offering the role on a Hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, the role is based in Middlesex and our client offers parking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide user support for finance-related queries and issues.
  • Participate actively in D365 implementation projects.
  • Develop and deliver documentation and training for business users.
  • Streamline and optimise the usage of D365.
  • Stay updated on new functionalities and developments in D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • Technical Skills and Experience:
    • Ideally several years experience as a functional consultant for the finance module in D365 Finance & Operations.
    • Proven track record in IT implementation projects within multinational enterprises.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft work environment (MS Office, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
    • Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Personal Skills and Attributes:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Results-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
    • Ability to deliver under tight and changing deadlines within a matrix organisation.
