Are you an experienced equine professional with a passion for education and leadership? Plumpton College is looking for a Programme Manager – Equine to lead and shape outstanding equine programmes that prepare students for successful careers in the industry. This is a key leadership role combining curriculum oversight, high-quality teaching and team development.
Responsibilities
- Leading and enhancing equine programmes to meet awarding body and industry standards
- Driving excellent teaching, learning and assessment
- Supporting and motivating a high-performing team
- Using data and quality processes to raise student achievement

Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent) and a relevant teaching qualification
