You will deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment, to support students to maximise their potential in making positive progress towards their success.
The role involves you to co-ordinate, lead and deliver across several theory and practical units to a range of programme levels 1, 2 and 3.

- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement
You will bring
- A passion of the equine industry to inspire others
- Have experience of coaching riding, practical and theory delivery across a wide range of abilities
- A highly organised and adaptable approach to your teaching and coaching
- Experience of the equine industry and have professional experience, and a formal qualification to recognise this knowledge
