Role Summary A modern and dynamic multi-service SRA regulated law firm are actively looking to recruit a qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyer into its established national conveyancing team. You will handle your own caseload (80-110 files) of conveyancing files with the support of your own designated Paralegal as part of a team. The caseload will be fixed to cover: sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfer of equity and remortgages. While they have a national client base a good proportion of the cases are in London and so knowledge of both the Building Safety Act and leasehold transactions would be preferred, albeit not essential. This role is based in central London although only requires office attendance x1 per week/fortnight. This is a salaried role rather than consultancy. The firm in question offer strong support, to include a new business team, compliance, complaint handling as well as technical lawyers.
