A modern Top 10 conveyancing law firm are actively looking to recruit a senior Residential Conveyancer on a remote basis. You will handle your own caseload (80-110 files) of conveyancing files with the support of your own designated Paralegal as part of a team. The caseload will be fixed to cover: sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfer of equity and remortgages. Mid-high volume although the firm offer excellent administrative support. Lawyers at this firm work in a more technical capacity focusing on the legal element of conveyancing transactions. This is a remote role. The role is full time. The hours are 09.30-17.30.
Experience Required:
- Be a UK qualified residential conveyancing lawyer (Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor) with at least 5 PQE - Essential
- There is no upper PQE range for this role, both mid-level and senior lawyer hires are available.
