A modern property focused law firm in Northampton are actively looking to recruit multiple qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyers (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive) to join the firm in Q4 2026 and Q1 2027. This is a full time role. Both remote and hybrid (1-2 days in the office) options are available.

You will handle your own mid-high volume caseload (75-100 files) of residential conveyancing files with the support of your own designated Paralegal as part of a team. The caseload will be fixed to cover: sales and purchases (on freehold and leasehold properties), transfer of equity and remortgages.

The law firm in question are extremely modern. They provide their Lawyers with extensive administrative support within a paperless and technology focused environment. The salary range for this role is c. £50,000-£70,000 + bonus.

Experience Required

  • Be a UK qualified residential conveyancing lawyer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive) with at least 2 PQE - Essential
