A law firm are actively looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their property department. This is a part time remote position (2-3 days per week). Travel is only required 1-2 times per year to London.
Duties will cover both Legal Secretary and Assistant/Paralegal responsibilities. It’s a broad and mixed role. You will work as a #2 to a highly experienced Residential Property Partner. The caseload is a mix of HNW residential property, as well as some agricultural and commercial property.
Full equipment is provided. This is also a permanent salaried role. This is a lifestyle type role. Within reason there is flexibility to choose your own working hours while balancing family life and/or other personal commitments. The hours are not fixed; this firm are open to people that want to work a couple of full days per week, or split their hours across five days. This law firm focuses on high quality and value, low volume property transactions.
The start date is spring 2026. Due to mainly being a remote law firm, they are able to consider Legal Secretaries that live anywhere in England or Wales.
Experience required: This role would be suitable for a Legal Secretary with 5 + years’ property law (residential conveyancing, agricultural property) experience.
