A law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit an internal Recruitment Advisor. This role is initially a 12 month FTC – there is the potential for it to be made permanent in 2027 (TBC). This is a dual role – you will cover both recruitment and some HR duties, more weighted towards the former. The start date can be either June or July 2026.
On the recruitment side your role will primarily be inbound. Duties will include:
- advertising jobs
- screening and interviewing candidates
- interview coordination
- liaising with hiring partners and stakeholders
- offer management
- employment screening
In HR you will work alongside a HR Manager and Assistant dealing with day to day elements of HR and general administration. This is a hybrid role based in central London - office attendance is required 2-3 days per week. As the primary internal recruitment advisor your role will cover all vacancies across the entire business.
