A law firm in central London is actively looking to recruit an internal Recruitment Advisor. This role is initially on a 12-month FTC, with the potential for extension until 2027 (TBC). This is a dual role covering both recruitment (75%) and general HR duties (25%). It is a standalone recruitment role as part of a small HR team.
On the recruitment side, your role will primarily be inbound. Responsibilities include:
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Advertising jobs
- Interview coordination
- Liaising with hiring partners and stakeholders
- Offer management
- Employment screening
- Conducting interviews via MS Teams
The start date is summer 2026. The salary range is c.£40,000-£50,000. This is a hybrid role based in central London, with office attendance required twice per week. You will manage vacancies across the entire business, recruiting both Lawyers and business support.
Qualifications:
- Prior recruitment experience, either in-house or at an agency
- Previous experience interviewing candidates
- Some HR experience (any capacity)
- Professional service experience - desirable
