A law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit an internal Recruitment Advisor. This role is initially on a 12 month FTC. There could be the potential for this to be extended or made long term in 2027 (TBC). This is a dual role - you will cover both recruitment (75%) and general HR duties (25%). This is a standalone recruitment role as part of a small HR team. On the recruitment side your role will primarily be inbound.

The start date is summer 2026. The salary range is c.£40,000-£50,000. This is a hybrid role based in central London - office attendance is required x2 per week. You will manage vacancies across the entire business, recruiting both Lawyers and business support.
Qualifications:
- Prior recruitment experience, either in-house or at an agency
- Previous experience interviewing candidates
- Some HR experience (any capacity)
- Professional service experience - desirable
