Job Description

Role Summary\\n\\nA law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary into their Commercial Property team.\\n\\nYou will support a property department that focuses on real estate finance and development transactions.\\n\\nThe law firm in question are very flexible – they are open to full time and part time (3-4 days per week) applicants. Office attendance is circa 50% during probation, after probation office attendance is only required 1-3 times per month.\\n\\nThis is a hybrid Legal Secretary/Paralegal role. The start date is either February or March 2026.\\n\\nThe law firm in question have a good reputation, low staff turnover and are a genuinely modern law firm.\\n\\nDuties will include (non-exhaustive list): preparing checklists and facility letters, dealing with land register applications and requisitions, preparing security documents, redemptions, serving notices, using Docusign, assisting with invoicing, using companies house, working with Paralegals, checking undertakings, amending precedents, among others.\\n\\nExperience\\n\\n * Be a Legal Secretary/Paralegal with at least 5 years’ commercial property experience – essential\\n\\n * Possess real estate finance/development experience – desirable\\n\\nNext Steps\\n\\n * Apply directly to find out more or contact Plummer Search Legal Recruitment for an exploratory discussion
