Remote Residential Conveyancer London / Nationwide (3 PQE +)
A modern conveyancing law firm in London are actively looking to recruit an experienced qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join the firm in Q1 2027.
Both 100% remote and hybrid (1 day in the office) options are available. This is a full time role.
Joining a technology focused law firm, you will work as a fee earner and be responsible for your own caseload (c. 80-100) of conveyancing files. This will cover: sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity and remortgages.
The law firm in question provide excellent administrative support to enable its Lawyers to focus on the technical elements of conveyancing.
The salary range for this role is c. £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus (depending on experience and qualification).
Criteria
Be a qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive) with at least 3 PQE
