A modern and forward-thinking mid-sized SRA regulated law firm in central London is actively looking to recruit multiple qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyers (Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, Solicitor) into their established residential property team. You will handle your own caseload of conveyancing files. This will cover:
- Sales and purchases (on freehold and leasehold properties)
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
The law firm offers excellent support. You will have your own designated experienced Paralegal and also have access to various departments including a new business team, admin support, compliance, as well as a team of technical specialists. Their Lawyers focus on technical conveyancing, rather than getting burdened with administration. This role is based in central London, within walking distance of Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street and Moorgate. Both hybrid (2 days in the office) and remote roles are available. From experience, they are a supportive and progressive business and genuinely passionate about being one of the leading residential conveyancing law firms in the UK. The salary is between £50,000-£70,000 + bonus. This is a full-time role.
Experience Required:
