A mid-market law firm in London are actively looking to recruit a junior/mid-level Solicitor into their established Real Estate Finance department. Sitting within a large wider real estate department you will advise on the property-side/element of real estate finance transactions. Acting primarily for lenders and banks your focus will be on development finance, secured lending and bridging.
The firm in question have a strong reputation, excellent clients and operate within a collegiate environment. Modest billing targets.
The salary range for this role is c. £60,000 - £75,000 (depending on PQE). This is an Associate level vacancy and lends itself to qualified Lawyers with anywhere between 1-5 PQE. Some prior development finance experience would be preferred.
