A specialist commercial real estate law firm in the West End of London is actively looking to recruit a mid to senior level Commercial Property Solicitor (3-20 PQE +) to join them in 2026. You will join an established department comprised of mainly ex‑City Partners and be responsible for probably as varied a commercial property caseload as you can find in London.
Transactions will include advising on:
- landlord and tenant matters
- developments
- secured lending (lender and borrower side)
- investments (acquisitions and disposals)
- corporate real estate/joint ventures
- asset management
- some light HNW residential property matters
No billing targets. The law firm in question are supportive, stable, profitable and progressive. You will get exposure to high quality commercial real estate deals acting for entrepreneurial clients in a supportive and down to earth setting.
The Partners are very interested in hearing from Lawyers in the regions looking to step up to a London practice as well as those in the City interested in downsizing in order to get a better work life balance. The salary range is £70,000-£95,000.
Experience Required
Be a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE – essential. There is no upper end to the PQE bracket. Possess some development/finance experience – Desirable.
