A Top 100 regional law firm in the South West are actively looking to recruit a junior and experienced Real Estate Solicitor into their Bristol office in either spring or summer 2026.

Joining an established commercial property team ranked in the L500 you will handle your own diverse caseload. This will include advising on:

  • landlord and tenant
  • investments and development transactions
  • property finance
  • corporate real estate
  • asset management

Hybrid working, strong brand name. Good culture that offers its Lawyers exposure to good work while also offering progression, support and flexibility within a collegiate environment.

This firm are open to recruiting at Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate level. Because of this the salary quoted is a guide relative to PQE.

Very interested in speaking with Commercial Property Lawyers currently working at any type of law firm in the South West, as well as Lawyers thinking of relocating to Bristol.

Experience required:

  • Be a UK qualified commercial property solicitor with at least 1 PQE
  • NQ's are welcome to apply, although preferably you would have some kind of additional experience (to include undertaking a double property seat, or working as a Paralegal prior to qualifying).
