A law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit an internal Recruitment Advisor. This role is initially a 12 month FTC – there is the potential for it to be made permanent in 2027 (TBC).
This is a dual role – you will cover both recruitment and some HR duties, weighted towards the former. On the recruitment side your role will primarily be inbound. In HR you will work alongside a HR Manager and Assistant dealing with day to day elements of HR and general administration.
This is a hybrid role based in central London - office attendance is required 2-3 days per week. As the primary internal recruitment advisor your role will cover all vacancies across the entire business.
Prior recruitment experience needed – either agency or in-house.
