A modern law firm in central London (EC1) are actively looking to recruit a qualified Property Litigation Lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive). You will join an established and busy property litigation team working alongside c. 75% residential property litigation and 25% commercial.

You will be expected to deal with a range of the following types of matters:

  • service charge disputes
  • TOLATA claims
  • lease renewals/disputes
  • debt recovery
  • dilapidations
  • party wall disputes
  • boundary disputes
  • adverse possession
  • lease extensions
  • easements
  • lease breaches
  • restrictive covenants

Office attendance x2 per week.

Be a UK qualified Property Litigation Lawyer with at least 4 PQE.
