A modern property law firm in Northampton are actively looking to recruit three qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyers (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive) to join in either Summer or Autumn 2026.
You will handle your own caseload (80-100 files) of conveyancing files with the support of your own designated Paralegal as part of a team. The caseload will be fixed to cover: sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfer of equity and remortgages.
This is a hybrid role – office attendance is required 1-2 days per week. However for experienced Lawyers remote positions are also available. This is a full time role.
Although mid-high volume this law firm offer excellent administration support to enable their Lawyers to focus on technical conveyancing transactions.
The salary range is c. £50,000-£65,000 + bonus. Where you sit in that range does depend on PQE, experience and performance at interview.
Experience Required
Be a UK qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive) with at least 3 PQE.
