Corporate Solicitor (2-8 PQE) Role Summary A small law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit a junior/mid-level Corporate Solicitor. Your caseload will be mixed to cover both corporate and commercial matters. This will include advising on: mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnership/shareholder agreements, and restructuring. Although working in a small firm/team the work quality is excellent. You will maintain a broad caseload, lead on transactions, be supported while working in a commercial environment. Hybrid working policy is 3:2. Low billing targets.
