Commercial Property Solicitor role London (5-30 PQE)

Role Summary

A modern, technology focused law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit a mid-level/senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm in Autumn 2026.

This role sits within a small but established commercial property department as part of a larger law firm that employs over 150 staff.

Your caseload will be general to cover all types of commercial property: landlord and tenant, secured lending, acquisitions and disposals, developments/plot sales.

Office attendance is required 1-2 days per week maximum. This role is based very centrally within walking distance of both Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations.

The salary range for this role is c. £70,000-£85,000 (£90,000 maximum)

No following is required - the caseload is already in place.

Experience Required

Be a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 4/5 PQE (there is no upper end to the PQE limit)

NB – More junior Lawyers are welcome to apply, however this law firm does need a Lawyer that is able to work and fee earn relatively autonomously.
