A modern property law firm are actively looking to recruit multiple qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyers (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive) to join the firm in Q1 2027. This is a remote full time role.
A fee earning position, you will handle your own mid-high volume caseload (75-100 files) of residential conveyancing files. The caseload will be fixed to cover: sales and purchases (on freehold and leasehold properties), transfer of equity and remortgages.
The law firm in question are technology focused and provide excellent on site administrative support. The salary range for this role is c. £50,000-£70,000 + bonus.
Experience Required
- Be a UK qualified residential conveyancing lawyer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive) with at least 2 PQE - Essential
