A Top 200 regional law firm in the South West is actively looking to recruit two Commercial Property Lawyers in spring/summer 2026.
As part of an established commercial property department ranked in the L500, you will handle a mixed caseload of transactional real estate. This will include advising on:
- L&T transactions
- Investments
- Developments (Residential and Commercial)
- Property Finance
- Corporate real estate
A growing and busy practice. This firm offers its Lawyers good quality work, flexibility, support and realistic progression.
Very accessible location – walking distance from Bristol Temple Meads station. Hybrid working policy requires office attendance x2 per week.
They are open to recruiting from Lawyers based in the South West and also those that might consider relocating to the area.
Experience Required: Be a UK qualified Real Estate Associate with at least 1 PQE.
