Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our testing environments and processes, providing essential technical assistance to our quality assurance teams. You will play a pivotal part in troubleshooting issues, maintaining test infrastructure, and contributing directly to the quality and efficiency of our software delivery pipeline, making a significant impact on product reliability. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive technical support and assistance for all testing activities and environments. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to test setups, configurations, and execution. Maintain and enhance test infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability for testing teams. Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance engineers and development teams to understand testing requirements and provide timely support. Document test procedures, configurations, and common issues, creating a robust knowledge base. Assist in the setup, configuration, and management of test data and testbeds. Monitor test systems and environments, proactively identifying and addressing potential problems. Report on the status of test environments and support activities to relevant stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in a technical support, IT operations, or quality assurance role within a technology-driven environment. Demonstrable experience with Active Listening, effectively understanding and responding to technical queries and needs. Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear technical explanations and team collaboration. Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail in identifying and diagnosing issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with common testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for managing test environments. Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks. Understanding of database concepts and SQL. Relevant certifications in IT support or quality assurance.
