The SQL Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that inform strategic business decisions. This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust SQL queries and reports to support various departments. As a key member of our analytics team, you will contribute directly to enhancing our data capabilities, ensuring accuracy, and driving operational efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimise SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from various databases.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Design, create, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations using SQL and other analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reports and analyses.
  • Identify opportunities for data quality improvement and implement solutions to enhance data reliability.
  • Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a SQL Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in SQL, including advanced querying, stored procedures, and functions.
