As an Accounting Assistant at VIVATIKO, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department's daily operations. This entry-level position is ideal for an individual eager to develop their accounting career within a supportive team environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and payment requests accurately and promptly.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and filing systems.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries as required by the finance team.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payment queries.
  • Support senior accountants with data entry, report generation, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
