We build the digital infrastructure behind the world’s fastest-growing training providers. We design and develop custom learning platforms that allow training brands to move past the limits of generic SaaS learning platforms.

Design is central to every stage of our client partnerships. From our Blueprint discovery framework where we turn a client's business model into a validated, high‑fidelity learning platform prototype, to iterative updates post‑launch in close collaboration with developers.

Responsibilities

  • Leading discovery workshops and turning raw business goals into structured UX flows, wireframes, and premium prototypes.
  • Taking ownership of products post‑launch, using client feedback and data to iterate on features and improve the platform over time.
  • Ensuring a seamless, bespoke experience across every touchpoint—from the marketing site to the deepest corners of the learning admin dashboard.
  • Building and maintaining robust, scalable design systems in Figma that allow us to move fast without losing quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in both UX architecture and high‑end UI execution.
  • Enjoy the "blank canvas" of a new project while also refining a live product to help a client hit KPIs.
  • Use Figma properly (auto‑layout, components, clean files) and understand that a design is only as good as the hand‑off to the dev team.
  • Will report directly to the founder and challenge ideas to suggest better solutions.
  • We spend 3 days a week in our Bristol studio – in‑person collaboration is a huge part of solving complex problems.
