Plume School in the United Kingdom is seeking a full-time Pastoral Support Coordinator, starting September 2026 on a fixed-term basis until 21 July 2027.

The role sits within a strong pastoral department in our successful academy, dedicated to supporting students' behaviour, wellbeing and personal development.

You will work with Year 7–13 pupils to ensure punctuality, engagement and smooth class placement, providing interventions where regulation or additional pastoral support is required.
