We are seeking to appoint a full-time Pastoral Support Coordinator tostart from September 2026 on a fixed-term basis until 21 July 2027.
Thepost offers an excellent opportunity to work in a strong pastoraldepartment in our highly successful academy.
The core purpose ofthe role is to support the pastoral team in maintaining high standardsof behaviour, punctuality and engagement across the academy.
The roleensures students are in the right place at the right time, supportspositive learning behaviours, and intervenes where students requireregulation or additional pastoral support.
Personal Qualities
Thesuccessful applicant should have qualifications in Maths and English atminimum C grade (or grade 4) GCSE or equivalent Level 2 qualification.
It is desirable that the applicant has further relevant qualificationse. g., TA qualification, qualification in childcare or A levels/Level 3qualifications.
Applicants should be hardworking, enthusiasticand have a high level of commitment and ability to focus on fosteringthe teaching and learning and personal development of Year 7 to 13students.
