Plume, Maldon's Community Academy invites applications for a full-time Nurture & Inclusion Practitioner (The Lighthouse Provision) starting Autumn 2026 on a fixed-term basis until 21 July 2027. The role concentrates support for SEMH needs, anxiety and engagement barriers within a strong SEND department.
Key duties include promoting emotional regulation, collaboration with SEND and pastoral teams, and delivering targeted interventions to improve learning, wellbeing and belonging for Years 7–13
